This little lamp is still sturdy and in good shape, but I was tired of the sleek silver and black look. It looks more like it belongs in a modern bachelor pad than a beachy townhouse for two.
Here it is after I re-covered the shade in some white fabric, and spray painted the base with a pretty aqua paint:) I love it! It was quick, easy, and cost about $3.00
We picked up our new mattress and box spring, now all we've got to do is frame/display the photos and the guest bedroom is done! Stay tuned;)
PS Today is my parent's 30th anniversary ...
