Autumn is here, and I thought I would blog a few Autumny pictures and ideas I've been loving lately.
Loving this autumn wedding from oh happy day, compete with hay-bale seats. So charming.
Isn't this pumpkin ice chest just the cutest idea ever? It came from, who else, Martha Stewart.
Love these sweet yarn pumpkins. It's always nice to make a holiday craft that you can re-use next year ... unlike those quick-to-rot real pumpkins!
Love this stair-sillhouette, also courtesy of Martha. For more fun with silhouettes, check out what Jenny Free Style did with some little mice and spider silhouettes!
Speaking of Autumn, I really want to start making seasonal banners, so over the weekend I tried to make a "Fall" banner. Jemima even donned a pumpkin costume for the occasion!
They turned out blurry and just ... I don't know ... off. Something about them I just don't like. Anyway, I figured I would at least post them here so it wasn't a total waste! I'll try again later:)
Thanks for the mention! I've also got some spider silhouttes creeping up the dining room wall. Great ideas! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteNo problem!! I added "spiders" to the post;) SO cute!
ReplyDeleteGracie I am in LOVE with that pumpkin drink holder idea! It got my entertaining wheels turning, however I am not so sure mine would look as clean and polished as that pumpkin does! Love you!
ReplyDeleteJilll - No matter how hard we try, we'll never be able to do anything as clean and polished as Martha! Love you! xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteI love the pumpkin ice chest! What a cute and easy idea. I have to say though, the yarn pumpkins kinda creep me out. They look...hairy. LOL!
